Oxford Properties started using this Solution in July 2016 by connecting 16 buildings to the Switch Platform. Within the first three months of implementation, Oxford uncovered equipment and building optimization opportunities totaling $ 160,000 USD in annual operating expense savings across five buildings. A control failure from the Battery Management System and open isolation valves on the boilers causing hot water to bypass the system were among the issues discovered thanks to the platform.
