K-Brown, a premium French-Korean skincare brand, has adopted the BOTTLESS Airless Pak system for its facial serum line. The brand selected Airless Pak not only for its sustainability performance but also for its advanced functionality. The refillable airless system ensures full product evacuation, allowing customers to use every drop of the high-value serum without exposure to air or contaminants. The hygienic dispensing mechanism is particularly critical for active cosmetic ingredients prone to oxidation. By replacing conventional rigid bottles with lightweight, mono-material refill pouches and a reusable airless pump, K-Brown significantly reduced its plastic usage and packaging carbon footprint while elevating the consumer experience.
K-Brown reduced packaging CO₂e emissions by ~88%, saving over 35 tons of CO₂e and 900 kg of plastic annually. By using reusable pumps and refill pouches, logistics costs fell by 50% and packaging costs by 25%. ROI was achieved in under 6 months, while enhancing compliance and consumer satisfaction.
