This project demonstrates the seamless integration of SOLARSPLIT's core services—Install, Monitoring, and Invest. The bidding involved three competitive installers from SOLARSPLIT's network, each receiving a detailed project scope to ensure consistency. This streamlined process enabled quick execution, with Gottburg SA ultimately selected based on project fit, not just price. The other two installers received feedback via SOLARSPLIT, allowing them to improve future bids, emphasizing quality over cost. SOLARSPLIT Install handled coordination, simplifying the process for the property owner. Gottburg SA then executed the installation according to Swiss standards. SOLARSPLIT Invest secured third-party funding via loan simulation, while SOLARSPLIT Monitoring provided real-time energy tracking to maximize efficiency and ROI. This project is just the beginning, as SOLARSPLIT continues to scale, making solar adoption faster and more transparent for all stakeholders.
The 6.45 kWc installation reduces 245 kg of CO2 annually, and scaling to 1,300 installations by 2028 will save over 1,500 tons of CO2 per year. Future installations will average 30 kWc, further amplifying environmental benefits. Energy savings begin in year one, with a 13-year payback period, plus increased property value, optimized installer margins, and secure returns for investors.
