We supplied 30 armchairs from our LAIME 42 collection to the Paris 2024 Headquarters, crafted in France with 42% recycled materials. LAIME is a versatile lounge-style seating collection, including a chaise longue, armchair, sofa, and ottoman. Designed for both workspaces and homes, it seamlessly adapts to various environments.
Its tubular structure is made from lacquered recycled steel, while all upholstered components contain 35% recycled foam. A wide range of fabric options is available, featuring natural and/or recycled fibers.
Engineered for sustainability and ease of maintenance, the collection is assembled without screws or glue, allowing for full disassembly in just two minutes. This ensures optimal upkeep throughout its lifecycle and makes it 100% recyclable.
Made in France with 42% recycled materials, the LAIME 42 collection achieves a 40% lower CO₂ impact compared to a similar product made in China without recycled materials.
NOMA's collection of furniture is the first comprehensive attempt to design a circular high-end environment for homes and offices. A desirable and attractive future tackling environmental challenges. By sourcing the most promising and beautiful recycled material and trash we have offered the designer a blank sheet to write on. The result is impressive and recycles tons of waste. Our collections are designed by talented designers such as Charlotte Julliard, Sam Baron, Martino Gamper, RDAI or A+A Coreen. They are mainly produced in France and contain 83% recycled materials. We want to change the outlook on waste / recycled materials, as we are convinced that beauty is a powerful vector of change, that today’s economic models must be circular, and that each one of us has the right to know where and how every article has been made. We no longer want to use design as an adjective, but to make people understand that design is a lever for positive change.
