Enerdrape, a leader in non-invasive geothermal solutions, is proud to announce the commissioning of its latest project in partnership with Next Immobilier SA, in the Margencel underground parking lot. This innovative installation marks a milestone in the integration of renewable energies into existing infrastructures. An ambitious project with a lasting impact ,The Margencel complex comprises five mixed-use buildings, totalling 5,300 m² of commercial space and 103 residential units. Built in 2018 and heated until now by gas-fired boilers, it features a two-level underground parking lot with around 270 spaces. Enerdrape installed 332 geothermal panels in the underground parking lot, enabling thermal activation of the space.
Over 20 years, this solution will save around 348 tonnes of CO2, contributing directly to the building's energy transition.
