Buros
The town of Buros, with its widely spaced residential areas, faces unique challenges in ensuring effective fire protection. As the water network undergoes significant upgrades to meet the community's growing needs, the town council recognized the necessity of a flexible and scalable fire defense solution that could adapt to both current and future infrastructure changes. To address this, they sought a mobile fire defense system that could seamlessly integrate with their evolving water supply network, providing reliable and efficient protection throughout the town's diverse residential areas. This led to the installation of two CUBAO 60m³ units and one CUBAO 30m³ unit at strategic locations near residential areas, with the systems discreetly placed in natural spaces, out of view from public passageways.
A self-filling system is installed to maintain the water levels in the three CUBàO units by capturing rainwater, with a fast loading capacity of over 30 m³ per hour. This system contributes to a 30% reduction in the unnecessary use of drinking water for fire defense.
CubàO is a water reserve in a sea container. Its objective is to recover and store rainwater in order to meet two objectives: first, to provide untreated water to firefighters to fight fires and second, give another use to the water collected before it becomes available in rivers or oceans. Our solution aims to preserve water, use it more responsibly and participate in the safeguarding of this precious resource.
