Several retailers – Decathlon Bussigny, Qoqa, Youpaq and Terre Vaudoise – participated in a pilot project in 2020. Collision’s service was presented to each customer who had a planned delivery with one of the above shops and each customer could choose at what time and at which bus stop he/she wanted the parcel to be delivered. After a two-month phase test, the conversion rate of shop customers to Colision delivery service reached 12%, and the delivery satisfaction rate hit 81%.
By avoiding the emission of 38.4 kilograms of CO₂, this effort has significantly contributed to reducing the carbon footprint, reinforcing the commitment to environmental sustainability and promoting greener practices.
Colision is a participative and ecological last mile delivery service allowing you to collect your parcel on your usual route at the time and at the public transport stop of your choice. Moreover, between your favorite shop and you, your parcel will have traveled only by public transport (little carbon impact).
