The client facility operates in the metals and mining sector and was interested in digitizing their water infrastructure. Their existing systems relied on ledger-based monitoring, which proved inefficient in areas such as water balancing charts, water wastage and leak detection, and compliance with regulations. Our solution, AquaGen, offers a comprehensive, centralized water management platform with real-time monitoring of water parameters. The software's dashboard provides live, 24/7 data visualization, including prescriptive alerts and features like leakage and excess consumption detection. AquaGPT, a GenAI feature, and a reporting tool that generates daily, monthly, or yearly reports are additional dashboard features. Ultimately, our solution serves as an Assisted Marketplace for water management solutions.
Water consumption was reduced by approximately 26% within three months, leading to a significant decrease in total water intake. This reduction also substantially lowered electricity costs due to the strong water-energy nexus.
AquaGen is an end-to-end water intelligence AI tool for integrated planning & water resource management to ensure water sustainability. Non-Revenue water estimation, understanding leakage, wastage, excessive water usage will help industries & utilities to adhere to norms & benchmarks established in ESG reporting. We help industries understand their water consumption requirements from field sensors like flowmeters, level sensors, water quality sensors, help them providing holistic water balance. We also engage in monitoring the rainwater harvested. We have also incorporated GenAI to our dashboard to present insights of the realtime consumption and quality monitoring.
