Groupe SNCF
Monte-Carlo
Groupe SNCF has adopted Akila's Digital Twin Platform at the Monte-Carlo train station in Monaco. This platform has unified isolated systems, enhancing operational efficiency by centralizing data. As a result, the station can now accurately measure its carbon footprint, set energy consumption baselines, and improve performance. This initiative addresses issues like fragmented data management and inefficient resource utilization, significantly improving environmental monitoring and management. The successful implementation offers a model for other regions, demonstrating how digital twin technology can transform transportation hubs into environmentally responsible entities.
Monaco is set to host one of the most digitally advanced railway stations in Europe, a groundbreaking move that will significantly enhance the station’s operational efficiency and overall passenger experience.
Akila is a digital twin platform for the built environment, able to measure and optimize environmental impact and efficiency all the way from a single building to large international multisite portfolios. Akila was designed as an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance)-first platform, with real-time collection and structuring of complex data from all the different systems that make a building run. Akila users can at any time see how their built assets are performing and use this reporting to easily document their progress towards net-zero. Akila is an open platform, meaning that, in addition to the modules developed in house by the Akila team, it will also feature integrations with a growing number of specialised software and hardware solutions.
