The Ilya recycling shower is an ecological innovation designed to reduce water and energy consumption in the bathroom. Designed and manufactured in France, this shower can operate in a closed circuit, enabling the water used during the shower to be recycled and reused. Once activated, the system withdraws around 5 liters of new water, which is then filtered, disinfected by a UV lamp, and maintained at a pleasant temperature by a heater. This technology saves up to 70% water and energy compared with a conventional shower. The concept is based on the use of components such as a pump to ensure water circulation, filters to retain impurities, and disinfection devices to guarantee the hygiene of the recycled water. In addition to its environmental benefits, the Ilya cyclic shower offers comfort similar to that of traditional showers, allowing hot showers without time limits.
