The HeatBooster is a solution designed to make industrial processes more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. It works by capturing waste heat from these processes and upgrading it to a higher, usable temperature. This is achieved through a continuous cycle involving a working fluid (refrigerant) that absorbs and releases heat. With this solution, industries can reduce reliance on their traditional fossil fuel boilers, achieving high-temperature processes more sustainably. Not only does this reduce energy waste, but it also helps industries cut down on energy costs and reduce their carbon footprint, making a significant contribution to global efforts against climate change.

The Environmental Benefits

  • Can produce a maximum thermal power output of 2000 kW and a nominal thermal power output of 1500 kW, providing substantial energy for industrial processes
  • The only reciprocating piston compressor heat-pump that can deliver heat above 150°C without using steam, setting us apart in the marketplace
  • Operates at a design temperature of up to 215°C, making it capable of supplying heat for high-temperature industrial processes that typically rely on less efficient and more polluting fossil fuel boiler
  • Can save almost 250,000 tonnes of CO2 during its life time in one industrial industrial installation
  • By reducing the quantity of fossil fuels that need to be combusted, Heatbooster can reduce local particulate emissions by 57%
  • 94% of the materials used for the Heatbooster are recyclable in closed loop systems (metals)
