An eco-friendly transport pallet made from sunflower husks that reduces waste, costs, and deforestation
GreenPallets is an innovative and eco-conscious logistics solution made from 95% sunflower husks and 5% organic pMDI polymer, making them fully sustainable and environmentally friendly. At the end of their life cycle, they can be composted, thanks to the potassium-rich sunflower husks, or recycled into new pallets. Their lightweight and compact design saves up to 60% of space in warehouses and transport, significantly reducing costs. Free from harmful substances, they are ideal for transporting food, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and more. GreenPallets eliminate the need for prior heat treatment under ISPM 15, IPPC marking, or phytosanitary certificates for international shipping. Each year, 1.7 billion wooden pallets are produced, requiring around 170 million trees—often for single use. By using agricultural waste instead of wood, GreenPallets help combat deforestation, CO₂ emissions, and industrial waste. They offer a durable, recyclable, and low-impact alternative.
