The app currently provides access to the city’s four public transport operators, a taxi service, and several shared mobility options, including kick-scooters, bikes and cars. Floya is designed to serve both frequent and occasional travelers in Brussels. Whether users rely on their own vehicles or use the city's public and private transport services, the app offers a centralised platform for managing transportation needs. Floya complements the existing STIB-MIVB app, allowing users to combine different mobility options based on their preferences and plans. Instead of using multiple apps, users can access all available transport services through a single account, simplifying travel around the city. As mobility in Brussels continues to evolve, so does Floya.
