Eyetech is an "I see you see" method that is used by a remote technician to seek assistance from a specialized technician or supplier of products. The whole concept was developed to improve and fill the void that is experienced by the industry due to the lack of skills within the HVAC market. The concept allows for lowering the costs related to travel since one senior specialist can assist multiple teams from one central location to solve problems.
