Sign upA carbon offset software helping cities generate revenue from climate finance instruments
Using IoT sensors and satellite imagery, Everimpact software can provide accurate measurements and a series of recommended actions to help cities and smart city projects reduce their CO2 emissions.
Everimpact is a smart city software that measures CO2 emissions precisely in cities by leveraging CO2 data from satellites and ground sensors, and connects cities with companies willing to buy their CO2 reductions as carbon offsets. It is a technology to monitor carbon emissions with satellite data and ground sensor (IoT Platform) bringing accuracy, trustworthy, and near real-time carbon measurements while the market relies on greenhouse gas estimates and self-reporting from companies and governments, to solve climate change. The software enables cities and companies reducing CO2 emissions to claim their dues to the lack of monitoring and third-party verification that could trigger well-needed climate finance, it generate revenues from emerging climate finance instruments. For instance, 1 million inhabitants city has the potential to trigger $2,2 – 4,5 million per year to combat climate change by mobilising climate finance from the private sector.
