Crop waste contains cellulose, lignin and hemicellulose which makes them ripe for manufacturing greener products. Using our circular fiber technology, we separate these core components. We use the cellulose fibers to create various kinds of paper and moulded pulp based packaging products. Lignin and hemicellulose can be used as a starting raw material for various chemical industries. Currently, we are using lignin as a binder for our second product to make formaldehyde-free engineered boards. Our technology enables a zero-waste circular economy process, which helps the farmers by helping them earn secondary income through crop waste, the market by providing tree-free and plastic-free sustainable ingredients and the environment by preventing crop burning and reducing deforestation.
