To do this, Microcims is equipped with electric cargo bicycles in which first and last mile transport services are performed. Furthermore, the operating system is based on software developed to be in charge of all the logistics stages; route planning, order and shipping management, ... In this way, local stores have a tool to maintain door-to-door service. The consolidation of multi-operator merchandise in the last mile is an exciting challenge in which Cargobici provides an innovative solution, avoiding failed deliveries (10-15%).
