Identification

Our solution addresses customers such as growers, processors, and distributors who want to produce locally grown, fresh, pesticide-free leafy greens. Our unique single-flow industrial-sized mobile aeroponics solution (GREENOVA) grows leafy vegetables and aromatic and medicinal herbs. Our mobile aeroponics equipment comprises an irrigation robot that sprays water and nutrients directly to the roots of the plants that are held by cultivation modules and a crop management software (GURU) to assist with the greenhouse manager’s tasks, ensure full traceability, manoeuvre crop modules for smooth execution and track data. Crops bloom using our precision spraying system that provides full oxygen availability with minimum microbiological risks.

Implementation Stories

GREENOVA by CleanGreens Solutions SA
Implemented by Domaine Mattines in Perly (Switzerland) in 2020

Domaine Mattines, located in Perly in the canton of Geneva, invested in Greenova technology in 2020 on a 300 m2 trial area. This aeroponic cultivation system enables the company to grow salads and aromatic herbs without pesticides, for sale in its shop and at the Union Maraîchère de Genève. Production is carried out 12 months out of 12, ensuring staff loyalty and maintaining full-time jobs throughout the year. Thanks to its closed circuit, the system saves large quantities of water and fertilisers.

Result

Water requirements have been reduced by almost 90%, and the estate can also recover rainwater from the greenhouse roofs.

GREENOVA by CleanGreens Solutions SA
Implemented by Green Life in Adbali, Kuwait (Kuwait) in 2023

Implementation of the solution in Kuwait to guarantee food independence while optimizing the use of water. This project is in full production now and produce every day high-quality pesticide-free lettuce for the local market replacing costly import from Europe and/or the U.S..

Result

Replace the transportation of 300T of lettuce from the Netherlands and US. Avoid the usage 35 kg of pesticide per year.

03.

04.

The Financial benefits
