In remote operations electric supply may not be possible from a standard land line. Without electric supply, the digital control panel, its level, pressure and telemetry would not work, and without these data, liquified nitrogen or oxygen delivery to refill the mobile tank vaporiser can not be properly planned. The Air Gas Mobile Tank Vaporiser Unit conditioned with Solar Panel aims to deliver large amounts of nitrogen or oxygen both in gas or liquid phase, in remote sites without previous arrangements, with a controlled and efficient supply of product and optimised carbon footprint. The main issues this Solution addresses are the excessive trips a conventional tank vaporiser usually performs in order to maintain non-stop operations, given the lack of proper logistics, which could cause unnecessary CO2 emissions.
