Identification
Food sustains us and fuels our wellbeing, however food systems are impacting our planet. Producing a safe, abundant food supply is one of our greatest challenges and manure, when handled precisely, can regenerate our soils to create healthier and more abundant food. Traditional practices involved managing manure in lagoons. This is one of the most low-tech, difficult, expensive and limiting problems facing the livestock industry today. PLANT, on-farm water treatment solution, produces MORE food using LESS resources, reversing the environmental impacts of protein agriculture. While transforming manure into clean water, PLANT creates two fertilizers containing 13 essential nutrients and valuable organics that regenerate soils, so they become more fertile. 1 in 5 people live in marginal environments where soil is poor, and land has little or no agricultural value. The Solution digitizes manure to increase agricultural productivity, disrupting global food systems with lagoon-free food production. PLANT is machine learning enabled, using the power of data and AI to unlock worth-from-waste; allowing producers to grow more crops and produce more food using less money and fewer resources
