The solution is solving 2 major issues of a site energy manager, associated with the concept of "consuming better": 1) optimising the cost of energy and 2) decreasing the CO2 emission of site. The cost of energy can be optimised according to 3 major concepts: forecasting, flexibility and contract. EMA autocratically optimises your energy bill by predicting local production and consumption and by leveraging DER (Distributed Energy Resources) flexibility to consume energy when it's cheap, available and less polluting. Decreasing CO2 emission is based on 2 concepts: a) maximising self-consumption of locally produced energy based on renewables (most of the time photo voltaic); and b) participating in DR programs (implicit or explicit) to limit the grid requiring polluting power plant during peak periods.

The Environmental Benefits

  • The site owners can reduce up to 20% of his energy consumption.

The Financial Benefits

  • Return of investment (ROI) is estimated to 4 to 8 years.
