Identification

The solar street light designed by Green Tech Innovations works with the data collected by environment sensors and adjusts in real-time with the charge level of the integrated battery. The electronic controller manages the energy for the best use of the whole system (solar panel, battery, LED, video, environment sensors, etc.) In that way, customers can be sure that their electricity consumption will be optimal and will help them to achieve a significant reduction in their electricity bill. The Solution could replace existing street lights with a renewable energy system that is totally autonomous. With Solar E-Light, not only will Smart City no longer just be a concept, it will also enable citizens to regain their pole position in the urban space, while decreasing their energy expenses. In addition to reducing CO2 emissions, the system is modern and updatable, economically profitable for the customers and has the ability to integrate the last innovations.

SOLAR E-LIGHT by Green Tech Innovations
Implemented by Communauté de Communes Pays Haut Val d'Alzette in Audun-le-Tiche (France) in 2023

The community of communes of Pays Haut Val d’Alzette has signed in 2021 an innovative purchasing agreement with Green Tech Innovations with the objective of installing nearly 500 new luminaries in its 8 communes. Due to a shortage of components, the project is behind schedule and 230 of the 500 lights are currently being installed. The agreement is the first peri-urban smart city contract for the region and demonstrates Region Grand-Est’s consistent efforts to implement clean and efficient technologies throughout its municipalities.
