KIDEMIS is developing upcycled plant based alternatives to support sustainable growth of aquaculture. Scalable eco-friendly solutions for farmed seafood are crucial to preserve oceanic biosystems while keeping supply of healthy sources of fish proteins to global consumers. Replacing fishmeal in aquaculture feed is an urgent issue, which if not resolved not only jeopardizes seafood supply for consumers, but also will become one of the biggest reasons for ocean degradation.
