MyClaugerDetect is an intelligent solution that optimizes the treatment of odors and atmospheric emissions while reducing the cost of activated carbon by a factor of 10. Our smart unit operates autonomously using a fixed setpoint to ensure regulatory compliance. By combining different data, whether atmospheric, process-related or collected from local residents via the odor observatory, MyClaugerDetect determines a risk level in terms of air quality. If the odor risk is high, MyClaugerDetect automatically adjusts the setpoint. The exhaust air is then filtered in the activated carbons. The goal is to use it as little as possible to limit the environmental impact. If the risk is low, MyClaugerDetect automatically pilots an air bypass to optimize the use of activated carbons. MyClaugerDetect makes it possible to meet regulatory constraints with smarter, waste-free consumption. Resulting in cleaner industrial sites, so that everyone can live together peacefully.
