The solution aims at providing a sustainable solution for the energy source of mobile industrial equipment used in sectors like construction, agriculture, mining or logistics. Heavy duty equipment are used from 5 hours to 24 hours per day and they require constant productivity in all conditions. Electrifying these machines is therefore a bigger challenge than eletrifying cars. WATTALPS uses an innovative immersion cooling technology to effectively control the temperature of the battery and ensure together safety, maximum performance and cycle life in all conditions. WATTALPS permits to OEMs of the Off-Road sector to significantly reduce their time to market and divide their CAPEX by 20 for high performance batteries. Thanks to its temperature control, a high number of endurance testing and a clever monitoring system connected to the cloud, WATTALPS’ solution enables leasing companies and fleet managers to control and optimize their investment in their productive equipment.
