In a boiler room thermal insulation project for a nursing home, we insulated 191 singular points with our custom-made insulation blankets, covering valves, elbows, flanges and piping networks. Our blankets, adapted to specific shapes, maximized thermal efficiency while remaining reusable and easy to remove for maintenance. Two members of our team, certified CACES Nacelle Mobile, were responsible for working at height, ensuring safety and access to difficult areas. The site was made safe beforehand, with signposting and protective equipment. Last but not least, the site followed a strict schedule so as not to interfere with other workers, thus ensuring perfect coordination and fluidity of the work.
When we insulated the boiler room, we eliminated thermal bridges and insulated untreated areas, thus ensuring a considerable energy gain (unquantifiable as it was too recent). Before installation, temperatures measured ranged from 150°C to 210°C. After installation of the insulation blankets, they fell to between 40°C and 75°C in surface tests, demonstrating a significant reduction in heat loss and improved thermal efficiency.
Our thermal insulation blankets are made to measure. We adapt fabrics, insulation and fasteners to the thermal conditions of each individual point. The aim is to provide insulation solutions that are both durable and effective. By combining different materials, we can provide thermal insulation solutions up to over 1000°C. - Our thermal insulation blankets insulate networks to limit energy loss. With our insulating blankets, networks are temperature-controlled when valves pass through them. - Insulating blankets offer a clean, practical solution for insulation, as they produce no waste during frequent assembly and disassembly. What's more, their installation reduces carbon footprints and helps preserve the environment.
