The partnership between WattAnyWhere and E.Leclerc Valdahon focused on evaluating: •Energy Optimization: WattAnyWhere's generator helps meet the energy demands for applications like EV fast charging, refrigeration, heating, cooling, and general power usage, reducing grid dependence and ensuring uninterrupted power supply during peak hours. •Rapid Deployment: The system allows for quick deployment of additional 300kW generators, avoiding the lengthy and costly process of connecting to the utility grid. •Sustainability Goals: The generator uses 100% renewable feedstock and captures biogenic CO2, contributing to sustainability and offering opportunities for government incentives. It also produces pure water as a byproduct.
Each generator in operation at the customer site allows to avoid more than 6,000 tons of CO2 over 10 years. The pay-back time obtained for the configuration of this site is min. CHF 1.5M over ten years.
With the grid at full capacity, accessing power is slow, costly and unreliable. It prevents businesses to grow or expand high-energy demand services like EV charging. Adding to the challenge, strict environmental regulations are being implemented rapidly, along with corporate decarbonization objectives. WattAnyWhere offers a smarter, sustainable and 100% renewable energy solution to support the rapid electrification of everything while meeting these challenges head-on. Designed as a primary energy source, it provides 300kW of reliable power for retail, EV charging operators, and other industries at a low cost per kWh. Finally, the high energy density of ethanol enables immediate storage of 100MWh within a standard, 30m3 tank, easily expandable to even higher capacity at ultra-low cost. Produced out of residue, ethanol meets sustainability objectives while unlocking valuable incentives, so that 7 SDGs are met including the reduction of GHG emissions and production of pure water.
