The 235 m² office building delivered for DUGUIT TECHNOLOGIES showcases the performance and versatility of the MOASTEELHOUSE system. Built with a lightweight low-carbon steel frame and continuous bio-based insulation, it ensures excellent thermal comfort with energy use below 25 kWh/m².year. Prefabricated off-site, the modules were assembled quickly without heavy foundations, minimizing disruption and environmental impact. The layout includes a bright open space, private offices, meeting rooms, and collaborative areas. Its modern architecture, combined with durable recyclable materials, guarantees long life and minimal maintenance. A key feature: the integrated photovoltaic roof generates, on average, over 30% of the factory’s annual energy consumption, significantly reducing its carbon footprint. This project highlights how MOASTEELHOUSE meets tertiary needs by combining innovation, energy efficiency, and sustainability.
For an investment of €750 K spread over 3 years, we completed 2 phases of offices of 235m2 on a plot where the supporting ground was at a depth of 7m. The construction could be done without interfering with the opening hours of the factory thanks to the MOASTEELHOUSE technique which considerably limits impacts on the site. the production of photovoltaic panels is largely supplanting the energy needs of the offices. The environmental and carbon footprint is better than all other solutions.
Thanks to double insulation and elimination of all thermal bridges, MOASTEEL ecological houses consume only 150 € of heating and air conditioning per year. In addition, they are maintenance-free and have little impact on the ground as they are easily removable. Prefabricated in the workshop and guaranteed for 30 years, MOASTEEL's walls and roof are made of highly insulating panels screwed onto a metal structure, allowing quick and easy installation without consuming water on site. MOASTEEL's customizable houses are highly resistant to earthquakes and hurricanes and can be built on all types of soil without concrete consumption. Highly versatile, MOASTEEL's applications can range from individual houses in remote areas to high-end luxury villas.
