Description

Mr. Copsis, the owner of five Mr. Bricolage stores, requested the implementation of Achille’s solution. Within just 48 hours, he was able to independently upload his unsold inventory to the Achille B2C mobile app. These products were immediately visible on the app’s store locator, making them easily accessible to local shoppers. The Results: Several customers discovered and purchased these discounted products through the app, then visited the store to pick them up. Many shoppers browsed additional in-store deals, leading to increased foot traffic and more sales. The unsold products, previously stored in the back and destined for disposal, found new buyers at discounts of up to 65%, turning potential waste into revenue. Local customers benefited from huge savings while stores optimized inventory without relying on costly external logistics.

Impact & Result

Many products were sold althought they were in the backstage of the store for 3 years and 5 years for the oldest. All those products were new in their original boxes. Customers were in the 3 to 5 km away from the store, and enjoy the way the transaction through the apps was easy and also secure. During the interview, they were looking for those products on online marketplaces like amazon and mano mano. With our help, they bought cheaper, a produc already avalaible near by with a big discount

Solution Spotlight

Faced with the constraint of unsold stock and the need to commit to the circular economy, Achille is the first Saas platform that allows physical shops to put their offers online to optimise stock management. The offers are thus accessible to local consumers who are guaranteed the best price, immediate availability and the shops' service guarantees. Achille contributes to putting the human element back into the digital relationship between shops and their potential area. The whole ecosystem benefits from less destruction, extensions of the product life, allowing to increase the profitability of the shops while gaining traffic, because consumers are in hyper proximity, buy locally and thus limit their travels to look for a product as well as their online orders, generating consequent impacts on the whole ecosystem.
