As part of its Climate Plan, the City of Paris has launched a renovation and refurbishment project for the Halles du Parc Floral, located in the Bois de Vincennes and housing municipal services. The building's thermal envelope has been greatly improved, with new double-glazed windows and interior lining in Hempcrete hemp blocks. This IsoHemp material was to take full advantage of its sound-absorbing properties. Each m3 of hemp blocks has a negative carbon footprint of -75 kg of CO2 (carbon absorbed during the growth of hemp).
