Using its lightweight RKN active containers (390 kg), the solution achieved 45% CO2 reduction, saving 4,000 kg per trip, and maintained stable temperatures with IoT sensors providing real-time tracking and alerts. The solar-powered containers ensured uninterrupted operation even during tarmac delays, aligning with stringent FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. The pilot demonstrated a 20% reduction in logistics costs, eliminated cooling infrastructure dependency, and saved 720 tons of CO2 annually, securing long-term client adoption.

It reduced waste with durable, recyclable materials and eliminated cooling infrastructure dependency. Economically, logistics costs fell by 20%, saving ~$3,500 per EU-Asia trip. This solution aims at providing an eco-friendly, cost-effective, and intelligent temperature-controlled air cargo container so as to transport life-saving medicine in the safest and most sustainable way.
