In this 375 m² commercial project, IPAC® stands out as a comprehensive construction solution for walls, roofs, and floors. Thanks to its panels of varying thicknesses (10 to 25 cm), IPAC® provides a highly insulated envelope, contributing to the building's positive energy performance. Its great versatility allows for consistent and effective integration at all levels of the structure, whether to improve acoustics, optimize airtightness, or facilitate water vapor management. Thanks to the combination of a low-carbon wooden frame and the total absence of concrete, the building's environmental footprint is greatly reduced, making this project a benchmark in sustainable construction. Feedback highlights the long-term stability of the building's insulating and structural qualities, with users enjoying consistent comfort in both summer and winter and no deterioration, even after several years of use.
The objective was to achieve technical and energy efficiency in order to create a comfortable working environment that could be used in a variety of ways, both now and in the future. The results were: - Waste recovery through the use of recycled materials for the building envelope (14t) - Energy efficiency measured thanks to the thermal performance of IPAC® (PEC is 22.5 kW/m²) - Soil preservation thanks to a zero-concrete construction - Costs controlled at €1,000 excl. tax/.

The IPAC® allows a significant reduction in the energy consumption of buildings while supporting an innovative societal approach by providing a work integration solution for people with physical, mental and/or social disabilities.
