Patrizia SE, a company offering investment opportunities in real estate and infrastructure assets across Europe, aimed to enhance the efficiency of its 23,200 m² Treptower Berlin office. In March 2022, the landmark complex underwent a major sustainability upgrade with the integration of DABBEL's automation technology, specifically targeting the optimisation of its HVAC system, which operates on electricity and district heating.
DABBEL's innovative solution significantly improved energy efficiency, reducing consumption by 75.7 kWh/m²/year (36%). This led to impressive annual savings of 1,755,781 kWh and 605 tonnes of CO₂, resulting in cost savings of €180,811.45 in 2023.

This intelligent adjustment ensures optimal building operations without the need for renovations or additional hardware installations.
