Ikea France is offering the Solutions in all its shops in France since 2019. As they launched the sale and installation of solar panels for individuals in partnership with Voltalia, Comwatt collaborated with the latter to associate its Comwatt power product with each solar installation.
Each individual who installed solar panels through Ikea France, is now able to get an overview of his/her energy consumption, source of the energy used, and the details for each device that requires electricity
The technology moves consumption to make it coincide with energy production without impacting the comfort level of users. Existing appliances compatible with the solution are: electric water heater, heating, freezer, air conditioning, heat pump, electric car, washing machine, dishwasher etc... A private individual can see its bill decreases by up to 70%. In addition, the consumption displacement technology makes possible to provide services to electricity suppliers by shifting consumption when electricity is cheapest and suppress peak consumption. So, it reduces electricity grid costs while providing services to installers in order to support their customers over time to make a complete energy transition. Comwatt power helps anyone understand its energy consumption and recue it.
