AdoreMe
Almont
For our first commercial launch, we’re proud to collaborate with US-based lingerie brand Adore Me on a capsule collection of two pajama sets in orange and brown. This partnership showcases the power of EverDye’s bio-based, low-heat, and low-energy pigments, delivering vibrant colors with a fraction of the environmental impact of conventional dyes. By pairing our innovative dyeing process with Adore Me’s commitment to recycled materials and water-saving digital printing, we’re proving that style, comfort, and sustainability can truly go hand in hand.
Due to the small scale of the collection, the economical impact was hard to calculate. However, the collection was sold out in 3 weeks. From an environmental impact point of view, EverDye's process in France showed 0.45 kg CO₂e per kg of dyed fabric, outperforming many conventional and even waterless dyeing methods. This translates in a CO2 reduction of up to 89%, depending on the dyeing method it is compared to.
EverDye develop bio-based pigments derived from vegetal waste and minerals that can be used in textile dyeing at room temperature. The innovative technology eliminates the need for traditional dye baths that require high heating, reducing energy consumption by up to 90%. This breakthrough not only results in significant operational cost savings but also contributes to a more sustainable and eco-friendly textile industry. The pigments produced are made from vegetal waste and minerals, ensuring that no petrochemical derivatives or toxic substances are involved, making them both safe and environmentally conscious. EverDye's products meet industry quality standards and can be seamlessly integrated into existing dyeing processes without the need for new machinery or significant investment. With a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability, they provide an economically viable solution that reduces operational costs and environmental impact, shaping the future of the textile industry.
