An efficient shower heat exchanger for existing showers/bathrooms

Identification
While showering, valuable hot water is used for only seconds and is then drained into the sewer resulting in a substantial waste of energy. The Sanura Flatmate can recover this wasted heat and reuse it to pre-heat the incoming cold water.
Flatmate can be easily installed on top of the existing shower floor and connected to a standard shower faucet, without any breaking or plumbing works which eliminates significant implementation costs. The device is composed of a flat tray heat exchanger, a connection tube, and a connection device that is mounted in between the shower faucet and the shower wall. Flatmate was integrally designed for disassembly (DFD), which means that all components can be taken apart, repaired or recycled.
