Identification

It has been observed that most newly constructed buildings face issues like seepage, dampness & leakages within the first 5 to 10 years. These problems are very common in India due to several factors such as persistent warm or high temperatures, tropical wet and dry climate , extreme weather conditions like heavy rains & very hot summer, shallow water table or improper & ineffective drainage systems causing waterlogging. Ambuja Kawach is a specially formulated product with high-quality water repellent properties which acts as a shield against water seepage in all construction applications. Ambuja Kawach is a newly developed blended cement based on Portland pozzolana cement-PPC ( fly ash based) and alternatively Composite cement (fly ash & slag based). It resists leakage & seepage due to its water repellence and thereby enhances the durability of the structures.
