No âmbito da sua estratégia de desempenho energético, o Groupe Promologis implementou a solução Synergie da Kocliko no Lalande Residence em Toulouse, um edifício residencial com aquecimento coletivo. O projeto incluiu várias etapas fundamentais: uma auditoria energética e a criação de um gémeo digital (Simulação Térmica Dinâmica) do edifício, a instalação de 230 sensores de temperatura e humidade e, finalmente, a implantação de uma infraestrutura de comunicação LoRaWAN dedicada.
Ao longo de duas épocas de aquecimento, o projeto conseguiu uma redução média de 24% no consumo de gás, o que representa uma poupança de 230 euros por apartamento. Após a dedução do custo da solução (45 euros), as poupanças líquidas para os inquilinos ascenderam a 185 euros por ano e por apartamento, sem grandes obras de renovação ou perturbações para os ocupantes.
Synergie is a solution developed by Kocliko to improve the energy performance of collective heating systems in residential buildings. It combines physical sensors (indoor and outdoor temperature) and a control unit in the boiler room with a dedicated digital platform. The system accurately estimates the heating needs of each apartment using a detailed digital twin of the building, integrating its thermal and geographical characteristics. Heating costs are then fairly allocated based on these actual needs. Simultaneously, the boiler is continuously adjusted in real time, using weather data, measured temperatures, and the building’s thermal behaviour. Both occupants and building managers can access real-time data and analysis through the platform. On average, Synergie achieves 21% energy savings, helping reduce both greenhouse gas emissions and heating-related expenses.
