Simply locate, scan and ride the nearest e-moped to your end destination. We provide in-app payments, real-time tracking, customer verification, as well as 24h customer support (AI). Each individual e-moped is equipped with telematics as well as a built-in alarm preventing theft and misuse. Users benefit from different pricing options tailored to each individual's needs, such as subscriptions, top-ups, as well as after-the-ride pricing for the early adopters. Penny e-mopeds are ideal for short and medium range distances thanks to their 80km autonomy, and can be mounted in 2, hence sharing the service cost. Lastly, via our app, users can rate and commend each ride, providing useful insights from reporting damages to overall feedback of the service experience.
