MBio7 is a molded wood panel, made up of recycled wood. It allows to build easily sustainable and affordable houses respecting the environment. Building with mBio7 is done without cement or water. MBio7 can be adapted to all types of houses. This light panel has unique characteristics : weatherproof, waterproof, fireproof, tolerant to thermal variation, root proof, anti termite, fungicidal and it is not breakable. Beyond these many advantages, mBio7 brings other benefits to people and environment: • It is a low carbon emission product, so planet respectful; • It is easy to build, no expertise is required and basic tools are sufficient so it can create job opportunities for unemployed people.

• •Constructions made from recycled wood and more antiseismic than cement or others. 10 times lighter than brick walls, no water needed.
• •Easy to build like a construction game, no specific knowledge needed , no heavy material required, six times quicker than traditional constructions without special knowledge.
• •In France, mBio7 construction is over 5 times cheaper than traditional cement. For a 55m² house: walls, slab, and foundations (labor included) cost €5,000 in mBio7 versus €30,000 with bricks and cement, making it six times more affordable there.
• •120 m² of mBio7 wall (50m² house) prevents the emission of 3 T of CO2, recycling waste of wood and light material, so both a CO2 trap (burning or natural decomposition produces CO2) and reduced emission linked to transport.
• •No cement needed for the construction, cement is responsable of 7% of the CO2 emissions in the world, more than all the trucks of the planet, constructions make 11% of the annual CO² worlwide.
• •No water needed in its construction.

I vantaggi finanziari

• •Much cheaper construction than any other solution in manufactured material. For a 55m² house in France: walls+slab+foundations, labor included: 5000,00 € in mBio7, 30 000€ in bricks and cement.
