RainIons solution aims at providing a low-cost, replicable, safe, and sustainable solution to CO2 and air pollution coming from exhaust systems. RainIons fights climate change and air pollution by transforming airborne pollutants into safe green emissions and accelerates the transition to the Zero Emissions objective. This biomimicry-based solution cleans the air by using natural, environmentally safe processes, pyroelectric/piezoelectric materials, and special filters to create negative ions to reduce air pollution. To that end, the technology can be used in the automotive & heavy transportation industry as well as more generally in industry smokestacks. Due to the fact that negative ions can eliminate bacteria, fungi, and viruses, the natural ion air pollution reduction, and viruses, the natural ion air pollution reduction technology can also be effective in life sciences and hospital settings where sterilization and other cleaning/purification actions on consumables, equipment, medical devices, (etc.) are performed.
