The data provided in the Financial Information Form (FIF) will be reviewed by the Investor Relations Team to ensure that it is up-to-date, complete, and coherent. Upon validation, the Solar Impulse Foundation will screen opportunities and present the relevant ones to the two Solar Impulse Funds. In addition, the opportunity will be accessible to investors in our network. If interest is triggered, the investor may ask for an introduction, which SIF will facilitate. Regardless of the information provided by SIF, any investor will engage in their own Due Diligence process before making an investment decision, on which SIF has no influence.
