Reverse Resources consists of several stages and modules: 1) Collection of data for matchmaking between recyclers and factories. 2) Training in factories to set up waste segregation processes. 3) Order fulfilment and supply chain development 4) Statistics and market insight. 5) Matchmaking for large suppliers to find access to best recycling technologies to buy back high-end recycled yarns. RR has developed a process that helps garment factories optimize their waste management and provide recyclers pure waste materials with full background information. RR disrupt the waste trading sector but collaborate with the traders to build transparent new supply chains.
