OKCHECK App - A software service for checks, tracking and traceability along the value chain; integrating safety, health, environment and sustainability practices

Most industries rely on paper or digital forms as the key control for checks and inspections especially for workplace safety, health, environment and sustainability practices. However, paper forms cost companies ~$14,000/year/worker in productivity: they are ineffective, inefficient and incomplete. As for digital forms, a vast majority of them rarely collect valuable, structured data or are able to assign specific tasks from complex checklists. Chektec is here to change that.

OKCHECK is a software service for industries to improve value chain traceability and workplace safety, health, environment and sustainability practices, with valuable data insights. It uses smartforms as the key control tool for measuring and monitoring the non-compliance of activities and for faster, quantifiable reactions to corrective and preventive actions due to data insights and sharing of information with specific task assignments and follow-ups along the value chain.
