Collaborative Recycling - A solution to optimize reuse of furniture, equipment and materials with innovative technology and support and reduce the amount of waste.

Collaborative Recycling is a start-up from social and solidarity economy that provides a solution to optimize reuse of furniture, equipment and materials with innovative technology.

The linear economy is driving us toward environmental problems. Unfortunately, it is often easier to throw away a product and buy a new one, no matter if it is still usable or not. This technology and services use a circular approach and sway behaviour away from “buy-use-toss-buy” cycle. When others see waste, we see resources. Collaborative Recycling supports private or public corporations to help them to decrease the amount of waste produced and handle the whole process (inventory, reuse, move, tracking We created a webapp to simplify inventory, an online donation platform to match supply and demand and a traceability tool to keep a record of items redistributed. By giving for free to recipients from the network (local association, social buisnesses, artists’ collectives etc.), clients give second life to their items.
