Biogreen - A biogreen pyrolysis process converting waste into useful products

Biogreen decarbonises industrial processes by converting waste and biomass into renewable carbon materials and fossil free energy. Biogreen is an extremely versatile system, based on an electrically heated screw conveyor (Spirajoule®), designed for advanced thermal treatment in temperatures up to 800C and beyond. Processed product temperature is precisely controlled basing on the temperature settings. The dwell time of material inside Biogreen® reactor is regulated by screw rotation speed. Thanks to its precisely controlled continuous and fully automatic process Biogreen truly support circular and sustainable economy in a profitable way.
