I developed the WindTrap (patent) an innovative 1400 year old wind turbine with the technologies of today: The Persian mill R & D, already carried out, was carried out with two teams of researchers from two research centers in Nantes. CETIM for numerical simulation with ANSYS software. CSTB for wind tunnel tests. At the end of this R & D (€ 50,000), the test reports of these independent research organizations correspond to our expectations and show the truly innovative nature of this concept (+ 60%). The goal is to design, manufacture and market a new-generation wind turbine model that finds its primary interest in an original blend of known and mastered technologies. A patent has been filed. Alas today the company is stopped for lack of funding.
