A wood-based constructive system of modular prefabricated elements, easy mounted with simple labor and little machinery.
Ecoflex system has been developed in cooperation with Termowood, which has a patent ready to install wood modules for internal and external wall, which have the insulation elements integrated. The building system has a basic parallelogram unit of 5.9 m dimensions 5.9 m and 3.06 in height, consisting of 10 constructive elements ready for on-site mounting in simple operations of screwing and mounting in an Ikea or meccano construction system. All elements have dimensions that are multiples of 0.30 m, a very common goal in the building materials; and 0.18 m height after the dimension of a step. The elements are: foundations, joints, columns, beams, plates, ceilings, floors, insulated walls, vertical battens and façade panels. Ecoflex system can be mounted and disassembled, which means that one can move to another location with the house, or reduce in size or increase with new modules, in a simple and ecological way.

Invisible Intelligence is inspired by the Möbius strip created by the German mathematicians August Ferdinand Möbius. The Möbius strip is created by taking a paper strip and giving it a half twist, and then joining the end of the strip to form an infinite loop. Our approach to the off-grid system is based on the Möbius twist, unlike the linear and circular traditional approaches. This means that our system aims to have an infinite independent loop that connects and feedback the various elements of the system: clean water, gray water, dark water, solar and thermal energy, bio-energy, wind power, biogas and organic waste. An independent and hermetically closed circuit that avoids waste emissions in nature and minimizes CO2 emissions. The proposed technology is the link between existing avant-garde off-grid technologies for buildings that today operate independently with the principle of separate silos. Our solution links the isolated technologies to make them work together more efficiently and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. We have researched the most clean and efficient existing technologies available on the market within a reasonable price point.
Is the smart system, the automated component that controls, monitors, and alerts the operation of the off-grid system.
It is called "smart" because it is linked to all the energy, water and waste networks that are normally hidden in the building. This system can have different levels of sophistication and technology, depending on the context and the user being proposed. The main purpose of the Smart logic is to coordinate the communication between the elements of the off-grid system plus the traditional smart systems of a house and the users. At the pilot project, the level can be medium, since the use of the building is not permanent and the occupational variable. A smart house installation based on KNX technology and platform from Micro Matic allows full integration, even with external systems, so that your entire electrical and off-grid installation can be controlled, controlled and centrally controlled. KNX provides an energy-efficient housing with optimum flexibility and high comfort.
