Upcycled veggie food made from oyster mushroom by-products free from soy, additives, gluten & low-processed to get sustainable, healthy meat-bite like products. We started as grower in 2016 and now are sustainable food specialists.
We pattented our process and raw materials to allow people that are willing to serve the people and the planet (not only make profit) to use this circular technology to offer a delicious, healthy and sustainable alternative to meat. (8000h of R&D to achieve it!)
Founded in 2016 as company we cultivate gourmet mushroom in a sustainable way (other efficient solution) in France. In 2018 we decided to give added value to the core of the oyster-mushroom cluster by using it in food in a special way instead of wasting it as other mushroom producers in the world. In 2018 we started spreads and sauces. In 2020 we launched our stunning mini-meatless balls and meat-less steak from mushroom by-products.
