Entirely based on European vegetable oil. Good Soaps has developed a technology to use domestic (European) oil instead of palm oil. Palm oil is market standard in e.g. all biological detergents.
The detergents industry is a significant driver for palm oil and therefore contributes to deforestation of tropical rainforests. Good Soaps' technology has been granted a European patent that has attracted intense interest in its industry.

Using domestic rather than tropical raw materials (e.g. palm oil) reduces transportation and deforestation of tropical rain forests.
